I Face Missing Play Store Gift Card After ₹530 FamPay Payment

I am writing to report an issue with a payment I made today through the FamPay app, for which I have neither received the product nor a refund.

Today at 12:38 p.m., from Gazipur City, I paid ₹530 via FamPay to the UPI ID “playstore1.***@axisbank” to purchase a Google Play Store gift card. After completing the payment, I did not receive any redeem code or gift card details.

Since the amount has been deducted from my account and I have not received the product, I am very disappointed with this experience. I have attempted to get a response regarding this issue, but so far I have received no reply or resolution.

I kindly request that this transaction be investigated as soon as possible. If the Play Store gift card cannot be delivered, I request a full refund of ₹530 to my account. I also expect clear information about the status of this payment and a prompt resolution.
