FamPay Free Fire Payment Successful but Redeem Code Missing
On May 7, 2026, I made a payment of 500 via Google Play for a FamPay offer related to Free Fire. The payment went through successfully, and I was given the transaction reference FMPIB5407387678. However, after the payment was completed, no redeem code was shown or delivered to me in any way. Because the redeem code never appeared, I could not use the service or obtain the Free Fire benefit I paid for, and at this point it feels like I have simply lost the money. I also did not receive any clear information or assistance about why the redeem code was not provided after a successful payment. I kindly request that this issue be resolved urgently by either providing me with the correct redeem code for Free Fire associated with this transaction or refunding the full amount of 500 back to my original payment method. I ask that you review the payment under the reference FMPIB5407387678 and inform me of the result as soon as possible.
