Online Computer Bazar Laptop Scam After UPI Payments

I saw a laptop listed for sale through an online seller using the name “Online computer bazar”. Trusting this seller, I agreed to buy the laptop and was asked to make the payment online. On 13/09/2026 I sent multiple UPI payments via FamPay and bank transfer to the accounts and UPI IDs they provided, including separate transfers to individuals named Asmeena and Naseem, as shown in my attached transaction screenshots. After I completed all these payments, the seller stopped responding to my calls and messages and did not deliver any laptop. There has been no communication, no tracking information, and no refund, which clearly shows that I have been cheated. I request that my full payment amount be refunded to me immediately and that strict action be taken against the people operating under the name “Online computer bazar” so that they cannot defraud other customers in this way.
