FamApp Sent My 349 Rupees to a Fraudulent UPI Account

Today, I made a UPI payment using the Fampay application, which turned out to be a fraudulent transaction. The payment of 349 ₹ was sent successfully to the recipient, even though the transaction was based on fraud, and I was misled into making this transfer. I have a screenshot of the FamApp transaction screen showing the successful payment, including the date 19 August 2026 and the transaction ID. This clearly documents that the amount was debited from my account via Fampay. I request that Fampay urgently investigate this fraudulent UPI payment, block or restrict the recipient if possible, and provide a full refund of the 349 ₹ that I lost due to this fraud. I also ask for a written explanation of the steps taken and the result of the investigation.
