On 18 April 2026 at around 8:56, I made a UPI transfer of ₹770 from my FamPay wallet balance through the FamPay app. Unfortunately, the money was sent to a scammer. I later realized that I had been tricked and that this transfer was not a genuine transaction. I have the transaction reference details and screenshots available in the app as proof of this transfer. I have not yet been able to contact FamPay customer support about this incident, and I am now formally raising this complaint. Since this was a fraudulent transaction and I was scammed, I request FamPay to urgently review this payment, investigate the beneficiary account, and process a refund of the ₹770 debited from my FamPay wallet. I am ready to share the transaction ID, UPI reference number, and screenshots to support the investigation and to help identify the scammer’s account. I kindly ask that this matter be taken seriously and resolved as soon as possible by reversing the amount to my FamPay wallet.
