FamPay Fraud Payments Require Urgent Refund

I am writing regarding multiple fraudulent UPI payments made today from my FamPay account to a person named Bhavy S***, for which I am requesting an urgent refund. On 27 August 2026, between around 6:30 pm and 7:00 pm, I made four UPI transfers via FamPay to this person. The payments were for 620 ₹ (TXN ID: FMPIB6483744545), 500 ₹ (TXN ID: FMPIB6483572214), 600 ₹ (TXN ID: FMPIB6483831781) and 20 ₹ (TXN ID: FMPIB6483834060), all completed through FamPay UPI on the same day. After receiving my money, this person blocked me, and I realized that I had been scammed. I have already contacted FamPay support and reported this as a fraud case, but I still want my situation to be taken very seriously and handled urgently. I am sharing the payment confirmations and related evidence to show that these transfers were made in a very short time frame and that the receiver has now blocked me. I request FamPay to urgently investigate these UPI transactions, block or flag the receiver’s UPI account, and arrange a full refund of the total amount of 1,740 ₹ back to my FamPay account or source account as soon as possible. I also request a clear written explanation of the actions taken in this matter.
