I am writing regarding a wrong UPI transaction carried out through FamPay on 4 March 2026 at around 12:36 pm. An amount of ₹1,000 was mistakenly transferred via UPI from my FamPay ID to the UPI ID [email protected], with UPI/UTR reference number 606312387546. I have not yet been able to resolve this issue through any other channel and I have not contacted customer support previously about this matter. I request FamPay to urgently look into this wrong transaction and initiate the process to reverse the ₹1,000 or help recover the amount from the recipient as soon as possible. I kindly ask you to investigate this transaction in detail and inform me of the steps taken and the outcome so that the debited amount can be credited back to my account.
