4rabet Has Not Credited My ₹500 Fampay UPI Deposit

I made a deposit of ₹500 to my 4rabet account via UPI using the Fampay application on 8 June at around 9:51. The amount has been deducted from my Fampay account, but it is still not reflected in my 4rabet game balance and shows as pending on the game. When I contacted 4rabet support, they replied that the amount was not deposited into the game, even though it has already been debited from my side. This situation is causing me inconvenience because my money is stuck and I cannot use it either in the game or in my Fampay account. I request that my ₹500 either be credited to my 4rabet account balance without any further delay or refunded back to my Fampay account as soon as possible.
