Wrong UPI Transfer on FamPay – How to Get ₹400 Refund

On March 30, 2026, at 7:58 p.m., I accidentally transferred ₹400 via UPI using the FamPay app to the wrong person due to entering an incorrect UPI ID. The payment was successfully processed, and the amount was debited from my account, but the recipient was not the intended person.

I have a screenshot of the transaction as proof and can provide it if needed. I respectfully request that this transaction be reviewed urgently and that the ₹400 be refunded to me, either by reversing the payment or through any other available method according to your policies.

I request your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible and ask to be informed about the steps that will be taken regarding this incorrect UPI transfer.
