I Face Tashanwin Recharge Not Credited After UPI Payment

On March 18, 2026, I made a recharge on Tashanwin using UPI through the FamPay app. The payment was successfully debited from my account, but the recharge amount was not added to my Tashanwin ID balance.
I contacted customer support and clearly explained that the payment shows as successfully debited on my end, yet the balance has still not been credited. Despite this, my issue has not been resolved.
I kindly request that the missing recharge amount be either immediately credited to my Tashanwin ID or refunded to my original payment method after proper verification of the transaction. I ask that this issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
