FamPay Payment Went To Wrong Person

Today at around 11:22 a.m., I accidentally transferred ₹1200 through Fampay using UPI wallet transfer to a wrong person. This was a genuine mistake while making the payment, and as soon as I realised it, I tried to fix the situation. I have the UPI transaction ID and all relevant details of this transfer. I also contacted the recipient, but the person is not responding at all or cooperating to return the money, so I am unable to resolve this on my own. I request Fampay to urgently help me recover and reverse this mistaken transaction of ₹1200, or take all possible steps within your system and banking guidelines to help me get my money back. I also ask you to review this case and inform me in writing about the actions taken and the outcome.
