FamPay Wrong Payment to Wrong UPI ID—Need ₹99 Refund

I accidentally made an incorrect payment of ₹99 on April 22, 2026, through the FamPay app from my wallet balance. The amount was sent to the UPI ID 78701745**@axl instead of the intended recipient. The transaction reference is UTR No. 647801467357.

After realizing the mistake, I contacted the recipient and requested the return of the money. However, they refused to cooperate and responded with rude, harsh, and abusive language. This situation has caused me significant stress and discomfort, as I am only trying to recover my money and resolve the issue peacefully.

I kindly request that FamPay investigate this transaction (UTR No. 647801467357), take appropriate action regarding the recipient’s behavior, and assist me in recovering the ₹99 that was mistakenly transferred. I would appreciate your prompt support and response in resolving this matter.
