FamPay Wrong QR Payment to Scammer – Refund Requested

I use the FamPay app wallet and recently made a wrong payment by scanning a QR code. By mistake, I sent a total of ₹400 to the wrong person in three separate transactions of ₹200, ₹100 and ₹100, as can be seen in the attached screenshot of the payments made to Ankit Kumar via FamApp. Afterwards I realised that this person was actually a scammer and I was misled into making these payments. I have not yet been able to resolve this issue through any support channel and the money is still with the wrong recipient. I request that FamPay urgently help me by reversing these wrong payments or otherwise retrieving the ₹400 that was sent to this scammer, and crediting the amount back to my FamPay wallet. I kindly ask you to check the transaction details from your system based on the screenshot and take the necessary steps as soon as possible.
