FamPay Wrong QR Payment Sent to Wrong UPI ID, Need ₹99 Refund
Today, on 12 July 2026, I accidentally made a wrong payment of ₹99 from my Fampay wallet by scanning a QR code. The money went to the wrong UPI ID dee***@ptyes via FamApp, and I only realised the mistake after the transaction was completed. In the transaction confirmation screen, it shows “Paid securely via FamApp” with the amount of ₹99 and the transaction ID FMPIB6143720225. I have not yet been able to reach the recipient and I have not contacted Fampay support before this complaint. I am requesting that Fampay urgently help me by reversing this mistaken ₹99 payment or refunding it to my wallet, or otherwise assisting me in resolving this erroneous transaction in the safest way possible. I am sharing the screenshot of the transaction as proof and I kindly ask you to review this case and inform me of the steps you can take to help me recover my money.
