FamPay Wrong Payment Sent to Wrong Person - Refund Requested

I made a wrong payment of ₹649 on 6 July through the FamPay wallet, and the amount was mistakenly sent to another person. The transaction ID for this incorrect payment is FMPIB6074304781. I am using FamPay in Sangem village, Kamareddy district, Telangana, India. After realizing the mistake, I tried to contact the person who received the money, but they are not responding properly and are misbehaving with me by using rude, harsh and abusive language. Because of this, I feel harassed and very uncomfortable with the way I am being treated. I kindly request FamPay to look into this transaction, take appropriate action regarding the abusive behaviour of the recipient, and help me get a full refund of ₹649 back to my FamPay wallet. I have already raised a complaint against this person and I expect FamPay’s support in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
