Accidental Fampay Payment to Wrong Account and Now the Recipient Won't Give It Back

On April 17th, I accidentally sent ₹1,500 from my Fampay account to the wrong person. The money went to an account under the name "Chitakalayala Appalar***," with transaction ID FMPIB5206779790. I urgently need this money returned to me. After I realized the mistake, I reached out to the person who received the funds. Instead of simply sending the ₹1,500 back, he first asked me to send him ₹100, and then came back asking for another ₹250. This behavior made me feel scammed and completely unsafe using the platform.

I'm urging Fampay to immediately investigate this transaction, help me recover and refund the full ₹1,500 to my account, and take appropriate action against the recipient's account so that other users don't end up in the same situation.
