Wrong Transfer Not Refunded After Complaint
I am writing regarding a wrong transaction made today through my FamPay account. By mistake, I sent an amount of ₹1699 to the wrong person instead of the intended recipient. The payment was made via FamPay, and the transaction details in my app show the following reference number: FMPIB5558260221. As soon as I realised the mistake, I tried to contact FamPay customer support, but I have not received any response so far. I request that FamPay urgently investigate this matter and help with a full refund of ₹1699 for the wrong transfer made under transaction ID FMPIB5558260221. I kindly ask you to reverse this transaction or take all possible steps to recover the amount at the earliest.
