FamPay UPI Scam And Fraudulent Promise Of Money Doubling

I am using Fampay and recently became a victim of a UPI scam carried out through your platform. Yesterday, a person contacted me and said that if I sent him money, he would trade and quickly return a higher amount, promising to turn my money into 1,000 rupees. Trusting this, I sent him ₹60 from my Fampay UPI to his account. After receiving the money, he did not return anything as promised and stopped cooperating, which clearly shows that this was a fraudulent transaction. I have the transaction details and multiple screenshots of the communication and payment as evidence. I request Fampay to urgently investigate this UPI transaction, take strict action against the account involved in the scam, and provide support regarding this loss, including any possible refund or reversal as per your policies. I also ask you to improve the security and fraud prevention on your platform so that such scams are not repeated with other users.
