I Sent $25 Through FamPay to a Fraudster and Need Help Recovering It


Today at around 9:03 pm, I made a UPI payment of ₹2,100 through Fampay, and it turned out that the person I paid was a fraud. I immediately realized that I had sent money to a fraudulent person and this transaction has caused me financial loss and stress. After noticing the issue, I contacted support and I was informed that it would take 24 hours and they would get back to me. Considering this is clearly a fraudulent transaction, I am very worried about whether I will get my money back and whether any action is being taken on the recipient. I request Fampay to urgently look into this transaction, block or flag the fraud recipient if possible, and refund the ₹2,100 to my account if there is any way under your policies or systems. I also request a clear written update on the status of my case and the actions taken so that I can be assured that this matter is being handled seriously.
