FamPay UPI Payment Sent by Mistake Instead of Play Store Redemption
I am writing regarding an issue I faced today while trying to make a redemption-related payment through FamPay on the Play Store. I wanted to generate or use a redeem code, but by mistake I ended up making a UPI payment of 159 rupees to the account ID playstore1***@axisbank instead. This payment of 159 rupees was made today via UPI, and it was not my intention to send money to this UPI ID. I realized after the transaction that the payment had gone to the wrong place, and I did not receive any redeem code or the service I was expecting in return. I kindly request that this mistaken transaction of 159 rupees be reversed and the amount refunded to me, or that you help me recover this money in coordination with the relevant payment partner, as I did not receive any benefit from this payment. I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
