FamPay UPI Payment Deducted but Not Credited – Request Refund
I made a deposit of 100 via UPI on 16/07/2026 for Jalwa Game, and the amount was successfully deducted from my account FamPay, as confirmed by the payment confirmation screen showing “Money paid successfully” with UTR and TXN ID details. However, this amount has not been credited to my Jalwa Game account. After noticing that the deposit did not arrive, I contacted Jalwa Game support and raised a complaint, but I have not received any response so far. The lack of communication and unresolved issue is causing me serious inconvenience. I request that my missing 100 deposit be either credited to my Jalwa Game account immediately or refunded back to my original payment method as soon as possible. I am also ready to share the UPI transaction details and screenshot of the successful payment to assist in resolving this issue.
