Deposit Not Received
I am writing to report an issue I experienced with Jalwa Game today. I deposited ₹1000 into my Jalwa Game account, and the amount was deducted from my Fampay account, but it was not added to my in‑game balance. After noticing that the money was missing from my Fampay account but not reflected in the game, I contacted customer support. The only response I received was that it should be added to the game, but despite this, the ₹1000 has still not been credited to my account. I am using Jalwa Game and Fampay in India, and I request that this missing ₹1000 either be immediately added to my Jalwa Game balance or refunded back to my Fampay account as soon as possible.
