FamPay Payment Successful But Money Not Properly Credited

I am using the FamPay application in Hyderabad and I am facing a serious problem with a payment made from my FamPay wallet. Recently I sent a payment of 330 ₹ to another person through FamPay. In the app, the transaction shows as “Payment successful” and there is a UTR number, but the amount has not been properly credited and I am not seeing the expected result in my FamPay wallet. This situation is creating an urgent problem for me because I need this money back. I request that this transaction be checked urgently and that the 330 ₹ be refunded to my account as soon as possible or the payment be correctly processed to the receiver, and that I be informed clearly about what went wrong in this transaction.
