FamPay Mobile Recharge Pending for 24 Hours, Refund Requested
I used FamPay to recharge my Vi mobile number 7049191*** but even after 24 hours the status is still showing as pending and the recharge has not been credited to my number. I have the FamPay transaction reference FMPIB6088952415 for this failed or pending recharge. Despite this long delay, the issue has not been resolved. I contacted customer care, but they did not give me any clear information or solution about why the recharge is pending or when it will be completed, which has badly affected my peace of mind and left me extremely upset. This recharge amount is from my hard‑earned money, so such negligence and lack of response are completely unacceptable to me. I now clearly request an immediate refund of the full recharge amount to my FamPay account without any further delay. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to escalate the matter to all relevant higher authorities and consumer platforms.
