FamPay Failed UPI Transaction ₹40 Debited but Not Refunded

On April 24, 2026, I attempted to make a UPI transfer of ₹40 through FamPay to the UPI ID bijonmondal3***@okicici. Although the transaction failed, the amount was still debited from my account. The transaction reference number provided is FMPIB5276134587.

As of now, this issue has not been resolved, and I have not previously contacted customer support regarding this matter.

I request that the debited amount of ₹40 for this failed UPI transaction be refunded to my account immediately. I also ask that the transaction be properly reviewed using the reference number provided and that I be informed once the issue has been resolved.
