FamPay Didn't Receive My ₹380 UPI Payment and the Money Is Still Missing

I am writing regarding a UPI payment made via Navi UPI to Fampay for an amount of ₹380 on 25 July 2026, with transaction ID FMPIB6272150308. The money was debited from my account, but the payment was not received on the Fampay side. Since that date, the amount has still not been refunded to me and I am unable to use this money. I am very upset and worried because I need this amount and I do not know what is happening with this transaction. I kindly request that my ₹380 be either immediately credited to my Fampay account or refunded back to my original payment source without any further delay, and that I be informed clearly about the status of this transaction.
