FamPay BDG Game Deposit Debited but Not Credited – Refund Request

On August 17, 2026, at around 4:21 PM, I made a payment of ₹999 through Fampay. This payment was intended as a deposit into my BDG game account. The amount was successfully debited from my account, and I also have the payment confirmation, but the money has still not been credited to my BDG game account.

I tried to contact customer support to get help with this problem, but now customer service is not opening at all, so I am unable to get any assistance. Because of this, I have neither received my money back nor received the deposit in my game account.

My simple request is that the ₹999 be refunded to my Fampay wallet or bank account as soon as possible, because even though the payment was successful, the deposit was not credited to my BDG game account.
