Fampay Deposit Missing Not Credited Issue

On 28 April at around 1:03, I deposited 4,400 via Fampay into my Bdg Win account (Game ID: 10805***) but the amount has still not been credited to my game account. The money was deducted from my Fampay balance and I have a transaction reference/screenshot proving that the payment was completed, yet my Bdg Win balance remains unchanged. I contacted Bdg Win customer support about this issue, explained that 4,400 was debited from my Fampay account but did not appear in my game account, and I clearly stated that this looks like a scam. Despite this, the problem has not been resolved and the money is still missing. I request that the 4,400 deposited on 28 April via Fampay be immediately credited to my Bdg Win account without any further delay. I also ask for a clear explanation of why this happened and for my account to be checked properly so that such issues do not occur again.
