FamPay Account Blocked, Unable to Complete KYC or Access Balance
I am writing to report that my FamPay account has been blocked for around 6–7 months, and I have been unable to complete my login and KYC process during this entire period. Whenever I try to log in and proceed with KYC, I find that my account is blocked and I cannot use any of FamPay’s services. There is an amount of ₹100 stuck in my FamPay account, and despite repeated attempts I have not been able to access or use it. I have tried every possible way to resolve this issue by contacting FamPay support. I have called customer care multiple times and also sent emails, but I have not received any response or clear explanation from FamPay about why my account is blocked or how it can be reactivated. I request FamPay to immediately unblock my account, restore my access so that I can continue using it, and ensure that the ₹100 stuck in the account is available to me. I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so that I can use my FamPay account normally again.
