I recently made a deposit to Jalwa Game using FamPay UPI. Today I sent an amount of 1800, the money was successfully debited from my FamPay account but it has still not been credited to my Jalwa Game balance. I have already contacted support about this issue but my problem has not been resolved. I have a screenshot showing the successful FamPay UPI transaction and that the amount was debited. I request that my 1800 deposit be either credited to my Jalwa Game account without any further delay or immediately refunded back to my FamPay account, and that I be informed in writing once this is done.
