BGMI UC Recharge Paid via FamPay but UC Not Credited

Today I made a UC recharge for my BGMI account through Uc India Shop, paying 386 rupees via the Fampay app. The amount was successfully deducted from my account, but the UC was not credited to my BGMI account. I verified the payment in Uc India Shop, so the transaction appears to have gone through, yet I still have not received the UC I paid for. I request that this issue be checked and the missing UC be promptly added to my BGMI account, or an appropriate solution be provided regarding this failed recharge and deducted amount.
