Falcon Mocco 50 X Headlight Defect Left Unrepaired After 25-Day Warranty Delay

My Falcon Mocco 50 X motorcycle has a manufacturing defect in the headlight. Approximately 25 days ago, I visited the authorized service center for this issue and was informed that the headlight would be replaced under warranty. A part order was placed; however, despite the time that has passed, the headlight still has not arrived.

I cannot ride my motorcycle safely or properly in this condition. I am suffering hardship due to the extended delay in supplying a component that was confirmed to be covered under warranty. I demand that my grievance be resolved immediately and that the replacement headlight be delivered and installed without further delay.
