Falcon Airhawk Motorcycle Battery Fails After 9 Months; Warranty Claim Denied
Just 9 months after purchasing my brand-new Falcon Airhawk motorcycle, the battery completely failed. Following this breakdown on August 3, 2026, I contacted the authorized center, only to be told that the battery carries no warranty coverage whatsoever.
Furthermore, no information sheet was provided to us at the time of purchase, and no written, email, or verbal notification was ever made stating that we were required to bring the motorcycle to the service center every 6 months. I find it unacceptable that they are now using mandatory service terms and periodic maintenance requirements—which were never disclosed to us beforehand—as an excuse to disclaim responsibility for the battery failure.
I do not find it normal for the battery on a nearly brand-new, 9-month-old motorcycle to fail so quickly, nor do I accept being turned away with a blanket claim that "there is no warranty on batteries." Bringing up undisclosed conditions only after a breakdown occurs has left me victimized as a consumer.
I demand that the battery be evaluated under warranty coverage, inspected to confirm its defective status, and replaced free of charge or addressed through a reasonable, fair resolution.
