My personal Facebook account registered under the name بد القي** was locked on November 11, 2025, due to what Facebook described as “unusual activity,” and I have not been able to access my account since that date. I am the rightful owner of the account, and I have not made any posts or taken any actions that violate Facebook’s rules.
The email address associated with my account is [email protected]**, and my phone number is +90538730**. When I try to log in from my own device, the identity verification step appears. First, a code is sent to my email address, and I enter this code correctly. Then I am asked to verify my identity with a selfie, but at this stage the system never activates camera access—the selfie screen does not open and the process cannot be completed. There is no issue with my device or camera; the problem occurs only during this Facebook verification step.
I have contacted Facebook multiple times regarding this issue but have not received any response. I also sent a detailed appeal written in Arabic to Facebook’s support team about my locked account, but I did not receive any reply to that either. My account contains personal photos, information, and my friends that I have used for years. I also have all the necessary information for security and identity verification. I have access to the phone number linked to the account, the email address, my Turkish national ID, security codes, and my password, and I can provide all of this if requested.
I am requesting that Facebook resolve the technical issue occurring during the selfie/camera verification step by taking my identity and security information into account and that my personal Facebook account be reactivated as soon as possible. I will also provide screenshots showing that my account is locked with the relevant date, as well as a personal photo from my account as proof of identity.
