Unwanted FaceApp Subscription Charged Without Refund Option
I was charged for a 12-month subscription to the FaceApp application without my consent. When I requested a refund, it was denied. Additionally, the app does not provide any clear options to resolve this issue. I have appealed the decision again through the support platform, but I am doubtful it will be resolved. If the refund is not processed, I will escalate the matter through other available legal or consumer protection channels. FaceApp must address this issue promptly and ensure that users have transparent subscription management and refund processes.
