FaceApp Charged My Card for Annual Fee, Not Monthly
I downloaded your app and subscribed, fully expecting to be charged a monthly fee, as your terms implied. Instead, you've slapped me with a ₺1,000 annual charge on my bill – the full amount, all at once! This is completely unacceptable and feels like a bait-and-switch.
What's even worse is that I was still in my one-week free trial period, which is ending today. I specifically wanted to try it out before committing to anything significant, and now I'm stuck with a massive, unauthorized charge. I absolutely refuse to pay this ₺1,000 for an entire year when I just wanted to try it out and expected a monthly breakdown.
FaceApp, you need to fix this immediately! Either refund my money in full or, at the very least, convert this into the monthly installment plan I was led to believe I was signing up for. This deceptive billing practice is not okay, and I demand a prompt resolution. Don't pull these kinds of stunts on your users!
