For my FaceApp subscription on my Android phone, Google Play Store charged me approximately $23 around January 16 under the name of an annual customer service fee. The Google Play order number for this transaction is GPA.3335-4974-2691-92639.
After the charge was processed, I canceled my subscription. However, the $23 taken from my account has not been refunded. I have not received any response from either Google Play or FaceApp support regarding this issue.
