My Expert Option Deposit Not Showing Up

I have an account on Expert Option with the number 733549791. I still haven't seen any money in my account. I sent money through the bank, but it hasn't shown up in my account yet. The customer service at Expert Option has been less than satisfactory. They never bother to reply to emails. Even though I gave them the receipt for the transaction, the money still hasn't shown up, and it's been almost a week. I asked for a refund, but they haven't been responsive or credited my account.
