I am experiencing serious dissatisfaction with Expert Option’s technical support service. I have important questions regarding account verification and stock replenishment, but the questions I submit are either answered very late or receive almost no response at all. Because of this, I cannot fully understand the platform or use it with confidence.
The company states on its website that it provides a chat option, but I have not been able to find any live support or chat feature anywhere on the site. This makes the support process extremely slow and one-sided whenever I try to get help.
In particular, I still have not received a response to the email I sent on February 19, 2026, at 9:00 p.m. Because I have not received any reply, I currently do not feel comfortable depositing money into my account, since I do not want to make transactions without clearly understanding the rules and possible restrictions in advance. Otherwise, I am concerned about facing issues such as account bans or other problems later.
What I expect from Expert Option is for the technical support service to become much faster and more accessible, for the advertised chat/support channels to actually be active and reachable, and for my questions regarding verification and stock replenishment to be answered clearly, directly, and in a timely manner. If the support processes are improved and my questions are addressed properly, I would like to be able to use the platform more safely and comfortably.
