Exness Refund Not Received After Processing Confirmation

I am writing about a missing refund of $10 related to my NMB prepaid card from Tanzania, which I used with my Exness account.

On March 24, Exness informed me that a refund of $10 to my prepaid card had been processed, but the amount has still not been credited to my card.

This was my first time using this NMB prepaid card with Exness. I was able to successfully withdraw $10 to the same card, and that amount was credited without any issues. However, the additional $10 that was supposed to be refunded has not been received, even though I was told the refund was completed.

I contacted NMB, and they clearly advised me to follow up with Exness regarding this missing refund, as they cannot see the funds on their end.

I am now requesting that Exness either immediately credit the missing $10 refund to my NMB prepaid card or resolve any issue preventing the refund as soon as possible. I also ask for clear confirmation once the refund has been successfully processed.
