Exness FX Complaint Regarding Account Management!

Upon opening my first $500 account with Exness, a friend who I thought was an experienced forex trader managed my account and unfortunately, lost all the funds. He assured me that he would repay me. After keeping me waiting for 2-3 days, he brought up depositing $1000 into my account. He shared an ID number, and I trusted him, so I complied. Afterward, when I reached out to Exness, a customer service agent told me that I had to deposit $5000 for the transfer to take place. This company's main focus is on extracting funds from individuals. Initially, they cause you to lose money with reversed trades and then ask for additional deposits to recover your losses.
