Suspension Of My Newly Opened Etsy Account
My newly opened Etsy account named MapPlanet was suspended for some reason I don't know. I opened my store on 07.12.2023. My account was suspended on 09.12.2023. I did not receive an email explaining this situation and showing how to proceed. I want to find out where I made a mistake, solve the problem, and return to my store. When I entered my store on 09.12.2023, a short delay in payment warning appeared in the store assistant section. When I contacted my bank, I learned that there was no problem with my card settings. I made a manual payment, and the listing fee was charged to my card. When I enter my store today, there is no warning I need to make in the store assistant section. What do I need to do now for the process to be resolved? I really care about this business, and I have spent a lot of effort so far. Please help! I would be very happy if you could inform me. I am eagerly waiting for my store to reopen.
