My credit card was fraudulently charged twice through the Shift Mobile app using a fake Etsy website. The charges were made on my QNB Bank credit card. After the transactions occurred, I was contacted by the bank, and I immediately informed them that these transactions were not made by me. However, despite reporting the issue while the charges were still pending (in authorization), the transactions were not canceled.
As a result, a total of ₺40,000 ($1,240) was withdrawn from my credit card without my authorization. I have been a responsible cardholder and have never shared my information with any third party.
I urgently request that QNB Bank investigate these fraudulent charges, cancel the unauthorized transactions, and refund the full amount to my account as soon as possible.
