I Can’t Withdraw My Etsy Store Earnings for 5 Months Despite Successful Test Payment

I opened a store on the Etsy e-commerce platform under the name Medusaspiritualshop. At first, Etsy successfully transferred a ₺1–₂ test payment to verify my account. However, since then, I have not been able to withdraw any of my actual earnings from the store, even though I have made legitimate sales.

For the past five months, Etsy has been delaying my payments, claiming each time that the issue will be resolved “tomorrow,” yet no transfer has been made. They continually blame card or account issues, even though I’ve updated all necessary banking information multiple times in an attempt to fix it.

If my account was really the problem, how were they able to send the initial test amount without issue? This inconsistency raises serious concerns about Etsy’s transparency and payment system. I demand that Etsy immediately release my full balance and provide a clear explanation. Small business owners like myself rely on these platforms to operate, and this kind of prolonged withholding of funds is unacceptable.
