Etihad Airways Delayed My Baggage and I Lost My PIR Number
I travelled on 12 March on an Etihad Airways flight from Abu Dhabi (AUH) to Toronto (YYZ) and my baggage was delayed. At the airport I submitted a delayed baggage report and was given a PIR number, but I have unfortunately lost this reference and can no longer track my baggage. For the last 4 days I have been trying to reach Etihad customer service and the baggage department by phone, but my calls have not been received and I have not been able to obtain any information about the status of my baggage or my reference details. I kindly request that my PIR number and current baggage status be urgently shared with me and that I be informed clearly about where my baggage is and when it will be delivered.
