I ordered something from the Estee Lauder website a week ago, and it's still in the "preparing" stage. When I spoke with customer service today, they admitted that they had received my payment and created the order, but that it had not been reflected in the warehouse due to a system error. I asked them to forward it to the warehouse, but they came up with a bunch of nonsense steps, saying it needs to go to America for approval, which could take up to 7 days. So, after a week of waiting for my initial order, I'll have to wait another week for these ridiculous processes, followed by delivery. This means that my order will not arrive in time for my trip abroad. This nonsense must be resolved, and I demand that my order be shipped immediately. If not, I'll file a complaint with the Arbitration Committee for breach of the distance sales contract.
