I Face Login Problem on eSIM IO and Can’t Transfer My Balance
I am experiencing serious issues with my eSIM IO account. Since my current device does not support eSIM, I wanted to transfer my balance to someone else. However, no solution was provided.
I logged out of my account on all devices, and now I cannot log back in. The email input field does not activate, preventing me from accessing my account entirely. This means I cannot use my balance or transfer it as I had intended.
I am requesting that my balance either be transferred to the person I choose or that I receive a full refund. I expect urgent assistance to resolve this problem, as I should not lose money simply because of technical issues with the app.
