eSIM.io Unlimited Greece Plan Has Hidden Speed Limits

I purchased a 7-day unlimited data package for Greece through eSIM.io. During the purchase process, I was told that the connection speed would be gradually reduced, but the website provided no clear information about how much data I could use before the speed reductions or what speeds I would receive afterward.

After I started using the package, I had to ask customer service several questions to finally learn that the package provides full-speed data for up to 5 GB per day, speeds of around 1–2 Mbps between 5 GB and 8 GB, and speeds as low as 256 Kbps after 8 GB. Since these details were not clearly disclosed before purchase or in the package description, I had to make the purchase without knowing the actual data limits and speed policy.

I find it misleading to advertise a package as “unlimited” while failing to clearly disclose such important speed reduction details on the website. I request that the speed policy and all data usage limits associated with the package be clearly and comprehensively disclosed before purchase in a way that every customer can easily see. I also request that the inconvenience and loss I experienced as a result of the lack of clear information be addressed.
