Equifax Errors Ruined My Credit Score, Missing Transactions

Just checked my credit report and unfortunately, I'm not exactly jumping for joy. Turns out there's a bunch of wrong info on there, it took a nosedive because of it. missing transactions is a big deal! Now I gotta clean up this whole mess… the agent I spoke to basically offered a big fat "nada" when it comes to fixing the mistakes. No apology, no solutions, just asking out of curiosity, what exactly does Equifax even do besides grabbing my info and throwing it onto a report riddled with errors? If you can't keep things accurate, what's the whole point? The lack of responsibility and support from you guys is seriously irritating... one way of putting it believe me. trusted Equifax to handle my credit info the right way,and no thanks there for youe...
