I recently got my Equifax credit report, and I have to say, it was a mess! There were a lot of mistakes on there, did everything they said on their website and filed disputes for all of their mistakes. There were no updates or even a confirmation email. Nope. No sound on the radio. I even called customer service a few times to find out what was going on, but they couldn't help me. I trust Equifax to keep my credit information correct and to fix any mistakes quickly. However, this disagreement is a terrible nightmare at the moment, they def need to step up their game a lot. It should be easier to get updates, things should be fixed faster, and people who file disputes should be able to talk to someone. It's not that hard.
